Even though I had prebooked, they demanded an extra payment. The staff acted unprofessionally, and the amenities and bathrooms were unclean and below basic hygiene standards. Management didn't address my concerns, and OYO's intervention didn't help. I regret staying here and suggest finding somewhere else.

I booked through OYO, but the hotel staff said they didn't allow single occupancy and demanded extra money. After I paid it, they gave me a room that felt like a jail cell. I couldn't sleep all night and checked out at around 3:30am.

The room wasn't maintained properly, and when we asked for help the staff ignored us or wanted extra charges. They also kept demanding more money for basic things that should have been included in the booking. It felt like they cared more about squeezing money out of guests than offering hospitality. From the start, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome. The service was extremely poor and the whole stay was frustrating and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an honest, comfortable place.

The rooms were third class. Toilets had no seats and were left waterlogged. The front office staff behaved very badly, and the Property Manager seemed drunk around 2pm in broad daylight. Never stay here.

The room was awful and the staff's behavior was terrible. I'd booked through OYO and paid online, but the hostel staff still asked for more money. I paid the extra and got a room anyway. I'm really disappointed. Don't book this hotel or OYO either.
