The staff and security guards were friendly, helpful, and cooperative, and service was very fast. Everything worked, the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, towels were provided, and parking was very good. This is one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. If I return to Angamaly, I'll want to stay here again.

A nice place to chill in the town center, with beverages, good ambience, and a food center. AC, hygiene, and service were good.

I spent two days here and paid more than 12K, which felt like a waste of money. The mixed fried rice was really bad: no chicken in it, beef with no taste and not enough of it. The chilly chicken was poor quality too, mixed with tomato paste. The staff weren't hospitable, especially with bar orders and service, and they literally don't accept all types of people. I should say the reception FO man, Mr.Abhi, behaved nicely.

The rooms were large, and the bathroom had all the toiletries. Service was good too. They even managed to arrange a Birthday Cake at short notice.

The restaurant had a good variety of flavorful food, and the staff were warm and professional. Palace Inn Hotel, Angamaly is near Cochin International Airport, which makes it convenient for travelers. It's tucked away and not easy to spot from the main road, but the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, with modern amenities. There's also a banquet hall and free parking. A comfortable, good-value choice for business or leisure in the heart of town.
