The rooms are neat and clean, but my guest and I had one of our worst hotel experiences because of the service boy cum receptionist mithilaj. His attitude toward customers was pathetic and horrible. I'm from this same town, and I've booked the hotel for my cousin's wedding tomorrow at VP hall auditorium in the same compound, which is managed by the same group. I can't tell whether mithilaj gave us a fake name, but either way, I wouldn't recommend this property for a wedding booking in manjeri. I think people may avoid the property and rooms because of him. I won't recommend it to anyone. Malabar heritage or ladder mall would be better options.

The rooms were clean and the service was decent, which surprised me. From outside, the place doesn't look very good, and the random parking with no proper setup didn't give a great first impression. Still, I would recommend staying here.

A good family stay. The rooms are well maintained, and there's a lift and parking available.

There was barely any service. We saw just one staff member, at reception, and didn't wait for the supposedly complimentary breakfast parcel at 9 am because it wasn't being provided on time. The rooms were only okay, and the bathrooms weren't well maintained. Highly unrecommended.

Hyde park gives you a very good stay in manjeri town. It's close to town, but the hotel area is quiet and green. The rooms are at a five-star hotel standard. They don't have a restaurant, though they can arrange food at any time, and there are two other good restaurants within 100 meter.
