The reception staff were attentive and good, and parking was available. That was about all I appreciated. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the inside lift didn't work, so we had to use the outside one. I booked a suite expecting something lavish, but the room was just okay. One of its two bathrooms was completely clogged, and there were cockroaches in the room. Breakfast was served at a different property, with no buffet and only three limited choices. The food seemed to have been prepared hours earlier and wasn't fresh. For the price and the suite label, the stay was disappointing. The hotel needs serious maintenance, and based on this experience I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff gave me All Out for the mosquitoes, but that's not an appropriate or effective fix for a hotel room. There were lots of them even with the window closed. Guests should be able to expect proper pest control and better prevention.

The location worked for me, with public transport easy to reach, and the room seemed clean overall. But hygiene was a problem: water clogged in the washroom during my stay, and even after I reported it, nothing was done. I also saw a rat running around the corners of the room. Breakfast was complimentary but came from a fixed, very limited menu.

The rooms were clean, though I noticed water pooling near the shower. Service was extremely slow. Breakfast is arranged through a restaurant downstairs at another property, and it has different terms and conditions, so check those before booking or when you go for breakfast.

The person at reception was cruel and rude, and the service we received was poor. They charged 3,500 for a 12-hour stay in a deluxe room, but didn't provide the service we needed. The room wasn't properly neat, the mattress was bad, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Towels were there, but no plates or glasses were available.
