Neha from room cleaning made a towel elephant for our child. It was such a sweet, thoughtful effort and really touched us. We had a very pleasant stay.

Ms Neha, the housekeeping supervisor, was especially cooperative and helpful, as were the other staff. Everyone was warm, polite, and courteous, and we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. A good experience overall.

The place itself was decent, but the food was a letdown. I was told the limited spread was because of LPG, but that doesn't explain the poor quality. I took breakfast and dinner and couldn't eat after seeing the options. Even the doughnut and muffin I got to take away were extremely poor. If you're serving less, at least make it good.

For the price, this is a budget-friendly hotel in a great spot near manyta tech park. You can get there on foot, faster than by auto or cab. My room was neat and clean, with extra bedding, and I got it at the cheapest rate in bengaluru, including complimentary breakfast. There's complimentary fruit in the room each day, and lots of food joints nearby stay open until 4 am. The breakfast has plenty to choose from, including live omelettes and dosa, plus puri bhaji and masala tea that's hard to skip. Food quality and portions are great, and the restaurant is open 24*7. During peak hours the airport is 45 mins away, and during non-peak hours it's 25 mins. The hospitality, rooms, food, and service were all amazing.
