Their so-called “continental breakfast” was dosa and sambhar in small plastic bags, without even basic cutlery. Roadside stalls have better food. Service was horrible too: towels were never changed, toilet paper wasn’t provided when we ran out, room service never responded, and drinking water was never brought. They kept a local 20ltr bottle on each floor, but it was empty half the time. Do not recommend.

The bedsprings were much too bouncy, and when we asked at 10pm to change the mattress, they said it was too late. People only ask for an immediate replacement when they’re really uncomfortable, so ignoring that request was terrible customer service. The rooms had cockroaches, the sheets were dirty, the towels torn, and there was no in-house breakfast, just a parcel brought from a nearby hotel.

After a tough 12-hour bus journey, I reached the hotel at 21:00, glad to have finally arrived for my seven-night booking. I tried several times to pay the bill with a credit card and UPI for foreigners, but I didn’t have cash for seven nights, around Rs 18000. They cancelled my booking and said the hotel was only for Indians, not foreigners, then kicked me out. Very bad, bad experience. I’m travelling through South India for two months and have never had such an unfriendly approach. Hope you have a good time with your domestic customers. Regards, Milenko.

The room was dusty, crawling with cockroaches, and the AC didn’t work. There wasn’t even a fan, and staff gave us no proper response. I paid 3800 and it wasn’t worth it at all. A 500 rupee dorm would be better. Please don’t book this place. If zero stars were possible, I’d give that.
