The room smelled awful, and the blankets and bed made me itch. It was unhygienic and really bad overall. Don’t visit this hotel.

2/10
We found the hotel extremely dirty and unhygienic, and our room had bedbugs. We were so uncomfortable that we had to get medical treatment at a hospital. The hotel’s condition was far below acceptable standards, with basic facilities missing or not provided as promised. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. Even more shocking, they took our mobile phones and posted reviews themselves, which is unethical and misleading to future guests. We’ll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. People should avoid this hotel, and it doesn’t deserve the positive ratings it gets.

The hotel is very well maintained, and the staff are great, polite, and good natured.

There were bedbugs all over the room, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. I expected a clean, safe place, but the cleanliness and room maintenance were unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action on this serious issue. I can’t recommend this place to anyone, never, ever.
