I booked through OYO, but they wouldn't accept the booking and didn't refund me. I spent only three hours there and was charged 1,000 rupees. There was no water or electricity, and I was stuck in the bathroom for an hour. I cancelled the room, but still didn't get that money back. The room and the staff's behavior were both awful. Please don't go there.

The fan was spinning the wrong way, and the AC wasn't working properly.

They have an OYO logo out front, but they wouldn't honor my OYO booking or refund the money. I agreed to their rate of ₹1200 per day and went to look at the rooms, only to find they didn't even have AC, yet still asked for ₹1200 a night. On my first night in Bangalore, I ended up disappointed and looking for another hotel after 11 PM. Check carefully before booking here on OYO.

Nobody seemed to care about customers. The suppliers in the bar and restaurant treated us like devils. It was a terrible experience.

There’s a pub and restaurant downstairs, and the hotel is budget friendly. Room service was very good. Rabi was kind, and the manager was good too. Worth staying 💯🔝🔝🔝🔝
