I paid about 380/N rupees on booking.com for a cabin room, but the owner gave me a discount on it. The staff were rude, though the owner was humble and gentle. If you're after a solo stay for a long time, you should visit Hotel suriya residency.

Getting around was convenient, with the metro, bus, and railway stations nearby, and the hotel is in the Majestic area. Hotel Surya residency was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist, and the service was excellent throughout. A great place to stay, highly recommended.

Housekeeping and the service boys kept looking at their phones instead of responding to guests. I had to ask several times for a water bottle and still got no proper response. I had a very bad stay, and the service needs serious improvement. Management should take strict action. Staff seemed more interested in their mobiles than helping guests.

Even with my MMT booking confirmed, the hotel said the rooms were full and wouldn't let us stay. I had to argue and ask repeatedly before Mr. Suresh from the staff finally allowed us in after a long discussion. It caused stress and inconvenience, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable for a listed hotel. I wouldn't recommend it, and I ask MMT to take action.

We were on the 4th floor in room 308, and there were lots of bed bugs. The hotel wasn't willing to accept the issue when we raised it. I couldn't sleep because of the horns and traffic noise, since it's right in front of the main junction road. Parking was awful too. Honestly, these are the worst rooms I've ever seen. From outside it looks premium, but it's not worth even 400Rs. They charged 1k for 2 people.
