Kings Suites by OYO Rooms

Parking is limited, and I’d avoid rooms by reception. They play reels loudly without stopping, especially early in the morning. Apart from that small nuisance, it was a really good stay, with pleasant, clean rooms and bathrooms.

We had three rooms for two days. They were neat and clean, and the bathrooms had heaters, though one AC remote was a problem. Service gets 5/5 from me, rooms 4.5/5. Location was 4/5. Parking could be tricky for an SUV or a longer sedan, and there’s no protected parking. You can leave the car roadside by the main road, about 50 metres away. Orion Avenue Mall is nearby.

The manager had an AC mechanic come at night, which says a lot about the mismanagement. The TV and AC weren’t working, and the staff were arrogant and didn’t offer even a water bottle or soap. There’s a good hotel for breakfast about a kilometre away on foot, but no other service is available. Not recommended.

The hotel is close to the main road, and we visited as a family of six, taking two rooms. But I noticed something that seemed suspicious: management gave the room beside ours to a young boy and girl, whom I thought might be minors, and it seemed they gave rooms to young people coming to enjoy themselves. I considered making a police complaint, but my parents said no. I don’t recommend this place for families.
