Jayanagar was a great location, and I liked the comfortable, spacious, clean room, good bed, AC, lighting, service, and vibe. But check-in was sketchy. I booked on their website and clearly said I’d arrive at 6 AM, yet the staff member seemed surprised. After a lot of back and forth, he demanded 600 rupees for early check-in even though the room was ready and clean. I didn’t understand why there was an extra charge, and the staff had very poor English and didn’t explain it well. In the end I was forced to leave a 5-star review to get my 600 rupees back. They made a hard time of it, and my Uber had to wait. Come for the room, not the service.

The staff were helpful and polite, and the rooms were clean. If you’re coming to shop, the location is perfect.
2/10
No drinking water was provided, the towels were filthy, and the TV didn’t work because the subscription hadn’t been recharged. Terrible service. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

The rooms were really good and clean, and I had a nice experience with the staff.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. I stayed for three days with my family, and shopping areas and sightseeing spots were close by. I recommend staying here.
