The room service was very poor, and breakfast arrived in a packet and wasn’t fresh. The room had been assigned before we checked in, but after we arrived an electrician came to fix the bathroom dryer. Staff kept coming and going to do repairs, so there wasn’t much privacy. There’s no space even for a quick drop-off because the hotel is on a single-lane street. It’s not wheelchair accessible either. The owner seems least interested in the lodging side of the business, while the main focus appears to be the marriage hall and restaurant on the first and second floors.

Kanya ram reang took excellent care of us. He’s a very good guy, and we’re happy to give him five stars. Thank you.

Rooms are decent and the staff are very cooperative. I’m taking off a star because there’s no in-house kitchen, so breakfast and anything else to eat is brought in from outside, leaving you with limited choices.

The location is the main draw. The room was nice, but there wasn’t a view. I’d tried attid biz since no room was available there, so I picked the nearest option. No particular complaints.
