The rooms were good and the service was good too, but there’s no parking facility. We had to leave our vehicle parked at our own risk. Parking matters for visitors coming from other states, so that was a downside during our vacation stay.

After many visits over the years, I’m done with this hotel. The receptionist has never been very helpful or knowledgeable, and I’ve never felt treated with the respect customers should get. I kept thinking the mature management would notice and fix it, but months and years went by with no change. Today we booked through MakeMyTrip for a noon check-in and arrived at 11:36 a.m., about half an hour early, after getting through traffic and arriving sweaty. They made us wait at reception until 12. I’ve stayed at many four and five star hotels and even VIP rooms, and haven’t been treated like that. They could have checked or cleaned the room and let us know, but nobody told us we were waiting. I assumed they were preparing the room, then at exactly 11:59 reception called for our IDs and handed over the check-in cards. Thanks for the wonderful service and all that punctuality. I hope this was my last check-in here.

The location is amazing, especially if you need to be near Christ University. The room was well maintained, though a little small, and the service was great. Their hourly pricing is handy if you need to check in at 8 a.m. A very good place to stay.

We’re having a wonderful stay. The room is really clean and comfortable, and the staff are polite and helpful. The service is excellent, and we’re really enjoying being here. Highly recommended.
