The booking process and the phone operator made this a really unpleasant experience. The staff and booking service came across as unfriendly, and the hotel’s booking policy didn’t feel customer friendly at all. Bangalore has plenty of other hotels with much better booking options, so I’d avoid this one.

I actually got to the hotel, then cancelled and walked straight back out. The place was dirty and unhygienic, with lots of mosquitoes, and the staff were very rude. You have to eat in a shared dining area, so it felt more like a PG than a hotel. Be careful of the misleading listings on booking sites.

The staff were a huge help and made our stay in busy Bangalore feel just right. It’s a well-run little place in a quiet neighborhood, and breakfast was lovely, especially since it’s homemade.

The room, location, breakfast, dogs, and staff were all good. The WiFi and laundry, though, were disappointing. They hadn’t told us there was no dryer, and on a cloudy day our clothes came back damp. The manager agreed at the last minute to a noon checkout, but the owner still came to our room twice telling us to hurry. She even said to put the damp clothes in a bag and get going.

Being close to MG Road was the one real plus, and it made it easy to head out to places like Hangover. Beyond that, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our group found the rooms only so-so for cleanliness and the overall setup was average. The staff were rigid about breakfast and checkout, and wouldn't serve even one tea after 10:30 AM. There aren't shops nearby for tea or other basics either, which made things frustrating. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the place much.
