The main drawback for my grandfather was getting around. Some hallway sections are slightly raised, the bathroom has an extra step, and he struggled with those changes in level. The mattresses are quite soft, which may be fine for younger guests but wasn’t ideal for him. Chairs with armrests would also help. We came to Bangalore for three days, and The Magaji comfort inn Hotel was still a great choice for traveling with an elderly person. The pros outweighed those issues. The guards, lift men, staff, and receptionist were always ready to help my grandfather, who can’t walk very well, and I never had to ask anyone to guide him to the room. We had considered bringing a kettle, but didn’t; I was impressed that the hotel had one as well as an iron to use. They showed me the room before I accepted it, which was reassuring. It was very clean, and when I handed the keys to reception, they had it cleaned and ready by the time I got back. There was hot water for bathing. Thanks to Hotel Magaji comfort inn for looking after my grandfather so kindly. It eased my worries. The hospitality and service were extraordinary, and I’d truly recommend it to families.

I booked through Agoda and was a little concerned by the Google reviews, but Magaji comfort inn Hotel turned out to be exceptionally good in every way for this budget. I was very happy with my two-day stay. It’s a great choice for families and the best hotel in majestic bangalore.

A terrible experience. Management has no accountability for the rates they commit to, and asks for extra payment when there’s no extension. Thimesh at reception is good with clients, but management called in the middle of the night to demand room rent even though we’re regular guests and have stayed nearly a month each time. They keep digging for money, mainly insisting on cash for bulk payment clearance.

The room stayed quiet and was kept in good shape, and the staff handled things professionally. I could work comfortably because the Wi-Fi was quick and dependable. There are good places to eat nearby, and central transport is close too. A great option for business travel.

Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. It’s handy for the business district, with fast Wi-Fi and a good location. If you’re after quiet luxury, this works well. I’d recommend it to tourists and business travelers.
