We spent three weeks in a two-bedroom apartment with family and found it comfortable and homely. The area around it was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and the other amenities we needed. The kitchen came with the necessary appliances and a cooking stove. Generator backup was especially useful when the power went out in the rain. The chef was excellent: breakfast buffet was very good, and he adjusted lunch and dinner to suit us. The meals were tasty and affordable. My friend also had a comfortable, spacious stay in a one-bedroom apartment. I’d recommend it as a service apartment, and I prefer this kind of stay to hotels.

The rooms could use an update, but the staff and service were hard to fault. The food was especially good, from the buffet breakfast, which I’m a big fan of, to room service. The kitchen and cafe staff were always brilliant, and the chilli chicken and paneer 65 were really nice. One night another guest made a lot of noise. Management dealt with it to my satisfaction, and the front desk was excellent in handling the issue.

I’ve stayed here twice in a row now and was impressed again. Families have enough room to stay comfortably, and breakfast has lots of variety and is very good. Special thanks to Rakesh from the kitchen for offering the new chicken honey dish as a complimentary treat. A very good hotel. Keep it up.

It’s an affordable option for a group, in a good area with easy access to things and a mall within walking distance. There’s only one bedroom, and the bedding was really bad. The rooms smelled a bit, had poor ventilation, and the windows and balcony had no view. Food was average, Wi-Fi was okay, and the TV was tiny with only news channels. I wouldn’t come back.

My family and I came from the US and stayed at the Maple Suites for three weeks. The two-bed, two-bath apartment was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The staff were so sweet and helpful, and we really enjoyed the yummy breakfast each morning. The kitchen staff were great too. I’ll stay here again.
