The service wasn’t up to the mark, the sheets were unclean, and there were no towels or toiletries. A loud humming noise started sometime after I got into the room, though it wasn’t there when I first checked it. It went on all night, and even after I told staff repeatedly, they didn’t fix it. I had to lose sleep over it. Watch out for these issues.

Please don’t book this residency. I reserved five AC rooms for 15 people for two days, and the experience was very, very bad. The AC remotes didn’t work, and even after I asked them to replace the batteries, they didn’t. They had promised extra beds in the two sharing rooms but never provided them. The bathroom locks didn’t work either.

For Rs 1160 per night, it was a decent place overall. It’s easy to find, with a few vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants nearby, and Ola, Uber, and autos are easy to get. The room and bathroom were clean, but the sheets didn’t look fresh. We arrived at 5.30 PM and still had to wait because the rooms weren’t ready. I’m not sure what was wrong with the hot water, but it was only warm at night and in the morning.

There was no hot water during my stay, and the cold water stopped halfway through. I complained but nothing was done. The sheets looked unwashed, and the stains on the blanket were so bad they made me feel sick. The experience was only okay. I arrived at 10:15 AM, but the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t let me check in until 11 unless I paid ₹350 for early check-in. The website said check-in after 10 AM was complimentary, and didn’t mention a charge.
