I booked through Agoda, and the stay was shocking. The room was unbearably hot, apparently the hottest in the property, and had a strong foul smell. There was only one 9W bulb, so it was dark, and cockroaches crawled from the washroom into the bedroom. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn't work, and the flush was broken. Staff and management took no responsibility at all. Don't book here. What you see advertised is completely different from what you get, and your money, comfort, and safety are at risk.

The one thing I liked was the location, with easy access to the bus stand and market. I stayed five days in a deluxe room booked through agoda, and the room photos didn't match what I got. There was little space, no mini freezer, and nowhere set aside to work. When I asked for a table for my laptop, they refused. Dust was all over the room, including my phone and goggles, and the ceiling fans were dusty too. I found small bugs in the wardrobe, so I didn't put my clothes in it. They also didn't change the bedsheet despite repeated requests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If the deluxe room is in this state, think about the standard rooms.

They clean the room every day, and the rooms are clean and good. WiFi and a TV are available, but the TV only has free local language channels, with no way to connect to YouTube or anything else. Good service.

There are good places to eat if you walk down the small private road to the outer ring road. You can reach the hotel that way too, or come in from the main road. It's a very clean, well-kept budget hotel in marathahalli, and car parking is available.
