Sanjay looked after us well. He was prompt and handled every request, and I think he's one of the hotel's best assets. The rest of the staff were just okay, not very helpful. Food was okay too. It felt like a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star one.

24-hour front desk and concierge, luxurious rooms and suites, and several dining options. There's also a fitness center, spa, and swimming pool, plus high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Professional, personalized service, valet parking, luggage assistance, business and meeting facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern amenities.

The rooftop cafe was great, and breakfast was good too. We booked two rooms, one standard and one premium, and liked the central location, food, rooms, and amenities. It’s a pure vegetarian hotel, and we really enjoyed the stay. The problem came after we extended our room for half a day. While we were out eating, housekeeping entered without asking. When we got back, they were cleaning, even though our valuables were in the room. That didn’t feel safe. The cleaner said reception had told them to clean.

We left and changed hotels even though we got no refund, because the experience was so bad. For the same price, you could stay at a better place like Sarovar Davanam Portico. The rooms felt cramped, the management was rude and kept arguing instead of admitting mistakes, and the amenities were poor. We’d paid for a pool, but it wasn’t available when we visited. Also, clarify what they mean by “mini bar” before booking, since their definition seems different.
