That pool area is beautiful and feels like stepping into another world. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided good service. A real find. Highly recommended. Marina Wright from London
2/10
Nalpad International Hotel was a total letdown. The room looked nothing like the pictures online and felt very old. Reception and room service were slow and unhelpful. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
10/10
We came as a wedding group, and all the staff gave us amazing service. Everyone was humble, and the room was clean and neat. We loved the ambience too. Really excellent service from the whole team, thank you.
2/10
The lobby was the only good part. We had booked two rooms, but left straight away because we couldn’t sleep with all the noise. The rooms were old and worn, the bathrooms and toilets were poor with lots of stains, and the AC wasn’t working.
10/10
The food was awesome, and the quick response from housekeeping and reception deserves a mention. The rooms were neat and clean too. We had booked many rooms here for a couple of days while in Bangalore for a wedding. Mr Praveen Kumar, the front manager, treated guests excellently and took care of their needs. Mon suchiang, the front room assistant, was gracious and handled our requests on the spot. The other staff, whose names I can’t remember, also treated us graciously. I’d stay here again without a second thought.
