Nearby bus and metro connections also make it handy for transit. Solo travellers, students, and budget-minded families may find the usual counter and online rates affordable, generally around ₹900-₹1,200. Flexible check-in and checkout can help if you arrive on a late-night or early-morning train. The rooms can be spacious and air-conditioned, with working hot water, when they’re managed properly. But cleanliness is inconsistent: some rooms are tidy, while others have dust, smelly mattresses, poorly kept bathrooms, occasional bugs, or poor ventilation. Service also varies. Some staff help with luggage, while front desk staff may be rigid, uncooperative, or dismissive about problems. Guests have also reported booking AC rooms and being given non-AC rooms, and problems with the TV, Wi-Fi, or electrical outlets. There’s no kitchen or food service in the hotel, though restaurants and local eateries are right outside. It could work for a brief, affordable stay near the station if all you need is a basic place to sleep. I’d avoid it for a longer leisure trip or if you expect spotless rooms and high-end service.
