I expected to stay three days at Open Hotel by Olive – Meet Me, Bangalore, but work kept me in Bangalore longer, so I extended the booking and stayed for ten days. The lobby was a fun, relaxed place to spend time, with music, a pool table, and foosball. We played foosball and unwound there quite a bit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, including when we needed a few things during the longer stay. Food, laundry, and other essentials were easy to find nearby. It was a comfortable, convenient stay.

The room itself was good and clean, and room service was the one other bright spot. The owner behaved well too. But the tap in the washroom leaked, and I hadn’t noticed earlier because they had shut off its supply valve. There was no food available, no good restaurant nearby, and the location was terrible.

The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately we had a disappointing stay. Both rooms we booked smelled strongly and unpleasantly, and we couldn’t sleep properly. Cleanliness was very poor. The kettle couldn’t be used, and some lights were broken with wires left unattended, which felt unsafe. The hygiene and maintenance need serious improvement. I hope management takes these problems seriously and improves the rooms.

The staff were really cooperative, and both the room and washroom were very clean. It was a wonderful stay, and the room was really nice.

The rooms are small but cozy, and I had a good stay. The staff are really helpful, so don’t hesitate to ask the front desk if you need anything!
