Orange Tree Residency

The breakfast was very good, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and responded quickly when there were issues. The cleaning staff, though, were rude. The room wasn't clean and needs proper maintenance. The flush only worked after some adjusting, and the bathroom door wouldn't close at all, which was a major downside.

The food was fresh and really delicious, and the ambience felt comfortable and pleasant. Gajendra and Santosh were especially helpful and treated us very well. I'd always liked this hotel in Bangalore, and this was my first visit. Great experience, and I'd love to come back. Choclat

From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly at Chocolat House in Bangalore. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help, and the food had plenty of fresh, flavorful choices. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent too. It was a perfect stay, and I'd highly recommend Chocolat House to anyone visiting Bangalore.

We chose the place after reading the reviews, but the staff were very rude and the experience was disappointing. On arrival they quoted one price and had us sit there, then changed it and asked for more money. It felt very unprofessional. The reviews we'd seen also seemed fake, as though the place had posted them itself. It seems people coming to take the German Goethe exam may be misled or taken advantage of.
