The room was in very poor condition, with no hygiene maintained. Staff were rude and harassed customers who booked online. Be careful before booking this hotel.

The room looked completely neglected. It was dirty and smelled bad, the TV was tilted, and there were lots of marks on the walls. The ceiling needed fixing too.

Clean rooms and a comfortable stay at a great location. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. Madhumathi at reception helped me with directions and was friendly too. A really good A/C double service experience, highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Townhall Hotel offered good value and service. The Deluxe Rooms were quiet and well maintained, with comfortable beds. There were also great discounts for long stays and group bookings.

I stayed for three days, and the room wasn't cleaned at all. I informed them several times but got no response. The room was full of mosquitoes and small ants.
