The bathroom was filthy, worse than a public toilet, and the bedsheet and towel were all scratched up. There was lots of dust and hair inside the room too. My stay in Bengaluru was a very bad experience. The room service boy was rude and behaved terribly. Please don’t take this room.

Cockroaches started crawling on our bed at night, and I was glad when it was time to leave. I’d gone with my family after an auto rickshaw driver strongly urged us to stay. Our first room had a blocked toilet that was filthy and overflowing, so they moved us after we complained. When we went to check out, the front desk wanted extra payment for more time in the room. We said no and left. I’m never coming back.

Hot water is only available from 8 to 10 in the morning. The rooms are dusty and very dirty, and I doubt they even change the bedsheets between guests. The worst. Nobody should choose this hotel.

This place needs a renovation. Don’t stay here, try to find a better room.

I checked out in the middle of the night because the smells were unbearable. There were blood and lipstick stains on the sheets, bed bugs, and awful bathrooms. Everything felt foul, like a murder scene. Don’t come here. I regretted the whole stay.
