The power was out all day, the lift hasn’t worked since 2023, and the room lock was broken. A terrible experience. Don’t waste your money on this negative three-star hotel.

The room was comfortable and service was handled properly, but there were bugs or something in the room. It also needs better cleaning. The lift needs attention too, especially since reception is on the second floor.
