Oyo Hkh Homes Near Royal Meenakshi Mall

I wasn’t satisfied with the service. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and I was charged extra unexpectedly.

I was surprised by how good the stay was. The place was cleaner than the older reviews suggested, including the bathroom and bedsheets. The AC and heater both worked for us.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, and it didn’t look like the pictures. Water from the AC leaked onto the floor.

I booked through Cleartrip, using a discount benefit from Flipkart as a regular user, and had entered 10 pm as my late check-in time. I arrived around 9.15pm after a long, tiring day. The caretaker said the receptionist had gone for dinner, so I waited about an hour in the lobby. When the receptionist finally showed up, he seemed drunk and disoriented. He said there was no room for my online booking because he had given rooms to people who arrived earlier. Even though I had a booking and had noted my late arrival, he told me to pay 1000 rs for a room instead of the 600-700 rs online booking, or leave. He said he didn’t care about the booking. With no nearby hotels and exhausted, I paid the 1000 rs. The room was filthy, with a dirty bed and furniture, and the bathroom looked like it belonged in an abandoned building. There was no water, towel, toiletries, or anything else provided. I somehow got through the night and checked out the next morning. It was a terrible experience. I’d rather sleep on a bus than book here, and strongly advise against it.
