The location was the main benefit, and room service was timely. That was about it. The rooms are tiny, housekeeping isn't regular, and the hotel WiFi wouldn't connect. Breakfast was unpleasant, perhaps because it was complimentary, and the laundry prices were far too high. They also had no fresh drinking water. When I asked for regular water, they offered only chargeable Bisleri.

We had trouble getting an extra mattress because they ran short during our stay. The location is excellent, close to the mall, Christ University, and plenty of good restaurants. Our room was fairly clean, the bathroom was kept up well, and hot water was available whenever we needed it.

This was one of the worst stays I've had. They didn't even provide basic soap, and when I asked reception for towels, they said we'd have to wait until the next day because their laundry hadn't arrived. If they can't manage laundry, they should shut the hotel down. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.

My room was huge. I booked a 3x room and it felt like living in a suite. The staff were really good, and my stay was fantastic overall. There were a few small problems: some lights didn't work, the AC was only 1 ton for such a big room, there was nowhere in the washroom to hang clothes, and some of the handles were broken.
