I booked in an emergency without checking the reviews, and the place was full of cigarette and other unpleasant smells. The staff were drinking and acted rudely, with a lot of arrogance. My room and bed were dirty, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The washroom basin wasn't connected to the pipe, so water ran onto my feet while I washed my hands. They charged extra if I wanted a visitor, and the stay cost 1600 for 12 hours. That felt overpriced for such a lousy place.

There were bugs everywhere, on the table, behind the bed, in the washroom, and around the room. The sheet was dirty, and although there was AC, they didn't give me the remote. The shower didn't work and didn't even have a nozzle. I paid a pretty good amount for 12 hours, but the experience was awful. Just don't go here.

My guests had a very unpleasant stay. I booked this place for them during a wedding at Nityotsava, and the room they showed while booking wasn't the one they got on the day. It was unhygienic and unclean, and the AC wasn't working. Better to choose somewhere else, even if it's a kilometre or more away, instead of booking a nearby place.

I only found out 15 days later that the hotel staff had misbehaved with my guests and made them leave. I'd booked rooms for them during my marriage function. The staff should have called me and let me know, but they didn't. A very bad experience. Don't book this hotel.
