OYO Flagship 16043 Hennur

The reception guy was rude, arrogant, and didn't know how to speak to or greet customers. His manners and dress were poor too. I had two separate bookings through Oyo and paid through Oyo, but when I arrived to check in, they said there were no rooms. For the other booking, the TV didn't work. They advertise WiFi, but there wasn't any. If I could, I'd give them 0.

The place felt like it was in the jungle, and both the atmosphere and customer service were awful. The check-in guy was very rude, so I called OYO to complain. I'd booked at 9pm and paid the full amount online, but when I reached the hotel they said it was full and told me to book somewhere else at 10pm. Worst hotel service I've had. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

I booked through the OYO app, but when I arrived to check in at 10 at night, the receptionist said there was no room. They'd sold it to someone else for a better price, so I had to look for another hotel late at night. A terrible experience.

A clean, neat place in a nice, cool spot inside the layout. They check temperature and saturation, and sanitize every day, so it felt safe. After 9 it's pin-drop quiet and peaceful.
