Hotel Pai Viceroy

The hall has excellent facilities and very good acoustics, and the breakfast was good apart from the excessively salty sambar. I often eat at mulbagal Dosa corner and enjoy its decent south Indian food, and I attended an event here recently. Lunch was a real letdown. The buffet dishes were hot, but they seemed to use very low-quality ingredients to cut costs. Nothing had much aroma or freshness; the food looked colorful but had little flavor. The starters were soggy, and the desserts, including the ice cream, were far too sweet. I understand this is a three-star hotel and expectations can't be sky-high, but the lunch quality was very poor. If you're here for an event, I'd stick to breakfast and eat lunch or dinner elsewhere.

Shashank deserves a special mention for overseeing things so attentively and proactively, making sure every detail was right and going above and beyond. The whole team was accommodating from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, special requests were handled without hesitation, and everyone was friendly and professional whenever I needed help. Everything ran so efficiently that I didn't have to worry about anything during my stay. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place.

The taste is great as usual. Even when it gets really crowded, booking and service have gone smoothly on the few times I've been for breakfast. The valet staff handle the cars and set out chairs outside so we can relax while waiting. Everything feels well planned and focused on customers.

The food was awesome, though sweets were handed out in limited portions. My son asked for another sweet, but they weren't distributing any more. I attended a family function here, and both the function hall and basement eatery were neat and tidy. The interior acoustics are good, making it a nice spot for small gatherings with friends or family. There's no private parking, but valet parking is available. Everything else was good.
