The rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. I regretted staying here, so I'd never risk booking this hotel.

2/10
The first room smelled awful, had a dirty bathroom, a flickering light like in a ghost movie, and a fan so slow that it got stuffy. They moved me to another room, where the fan was faster, but everything else was the same. The toilet didn't have a lid either. Very disappointing.

The bed and toilets were in terrible shape, and there was no service at all. The place was badly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms and staff were good, and the location was convenient, near the metro station in EC City. Thank you.

We stayed here because it was near our business location, which was convenient. The room was clean, the staff coordinated well, and my family was happy with the stay. I hope the hotel management continues to grow.
