The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate, and maintenance was good.

On the day I arrived, FabHotel cancelled my booking after I had already landed at the airport. They didn't help arrange another property or update Agoda about their mistake, and Agoda hasn't refunded me. FabHotel still isn't helping with the refund either. Because of the urgent need and the Expo, hotels near the venue were full, so I had to book another one at double the original price. In my free time, I visited the hotel and saw it was open. It seemed they cancelled our booking to give rooms to walk-ins at a higher price. Unethical! FabHotel, take responsibility.

The room wasn't kept clean, and there was no water bottle or soap. The staff weren't professional at all, asked me for extra money, and didn't even attend to me properly. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The non-AC room was in bad shape. The blanket had red stains, among other problems, and they wouldn't provide water properly unless I called five or six times or more. The owners were very rude at checkout. I booked it for one day, and the owner first said the price covered 24 hours like at other hotels. Before I checked out, though, I was told to pay an extra 600 because they charge by 12 hours, not 24. Don't stay here. I'd suggest paying 500 rupees more for another hotel.
