Located in Jayanagar, Bangalore, Super Capital O Regal Suites made us feel comfortable and safe. The management treated us with care, and the team was friendly, humble, and ready to help. Our rooms were neat, clean, and hygienic, and staff responded warmly and promptly throughout the stay. The hotel felt secure for all guests, and the service exceeded our expectations. We sincerely thank the team for their hospitality and support, and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting this location.

I couldn’t sleep all night because the bed was full of bed bugs and the mattress was in terrible shape. The room didn’t feel clean or maintained either. It was a very bad stay at this OYO, a complete waste of money and not worth the price. I hope management improves the hygiene and maintenance so others don’t have to deal with this.

Water was available the whole time, and the room was quite clean, so the stay was mostly hassle-free. We did have to keep asking the staff to clean, though. They said they would, but it never happened. Still, it was a good experience overall, with nothing major to complain about. Decent and convenient if you want something simple.

Booked through Oyo, but they made me wait 2 hour before giving me check-in. There was complimentary also.

The service was great and it’s a good hotel to stay at, but they should mop the rooms properly. I found hair on the bed, and the rooms could be more hygienic.
