I paid around 2700 for two nights, and the water was the biggest problem. It was brown throughout the hotel and had a toxic, metallic smell, so bathing in it felt impossible. The lodge seemed uninhabitable with that water supply. I can’t give it even one star. Most rooms needed maintenance. In one, the AC didn’t work. Another had a broken main power switch with bare copper exposed, which seemed like a short-circuit hazard. A different room had a torn, stained bedsheet, and our room was missing a chair. None of the TVs worked. The staff were polite and showed us three rooms before I picked a fourth, but since I’d paid online, we had no choice but to stay. Agoda didn’t offer a pay-on-site option, which felt like a trap for unsuspecting travellers. I’m not sure how many of the five-star reviews are genuine. If the water had been good, I might have given three stars for 1300 a night. The staff’s courtesy was the only upside.

They agreed to an early check-in, then charged me extra at checkout. I’d booked six nights and got just one free bottle of water, with no laundry service or other amenities. The rooms weren’t clean, and the washroom fittings were rusty and very old. The AC didn’t work properly, even in the duplex room. I don’t understand how this place has a 4+ rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff were decent, the room service was good, and there was an honest, genuine person at the desk. The room was tidy and very clean, and the AC ran at night. Check-in was flexible, with CCTV in the common areas. For the price per night, it’s the best hotel in its range. This is my go-to place to stay in Bangalore.

We arrived five hours before our scheduled check-in, and they let us into a room early. They also accommodated my request for a higher floor. The rooms are clean, and there’s a good restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. Great service from the start.

The staff were kind and friendly, and they speak good English. The location is good, and I was very happy with my stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had AC, a TV, a small wardrobe, and a dressing table. Wi-Fi was available on the ground and first floors, and laundry and ironing were available too. My only wish was for a small fridge. Thanks so much.
