Seasons Suites Koramangala

Surya deserves a special mention for her warm, attentive care. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay, and it’s rare to find someone who works so hard to make guests feel welcome and at ease. This was our second time at Seasons Suites, Koramangala. Check-in was smooth, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the clean, well maintained rooms had a cozy, home away from home feel. If you want comfort, convenience, and caring service in Koramangala, I’d highly recommend staying here.

In a busy place like Koramangala, the rooms were clean and good value for money. Staff service was fast and efficient, especially Ms. Surya’s. They have several room types, including studio, single and double bhk.

Very disappointing stay, and not worth the money. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets didn’t seem properly washed, which made me uncomfortable. I was on the 4th floor. Around 9 PM, the lift wasn’t working, so I had to use the stairs to collect my food. There was also a power cut that lasted about 1 hour at night, and the room telephone didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact anyone. Please don’t choose this hotel. There are much better options in Bangalore for the same price.

Everything about this hotel felt sick. It seemed mostly used by couples looking for a private space. The room was unhygienic, there were no amenities, and the bathtub was full of hair. There was no housekeeping available, the AC didn’t work for 2 hours, and the lights were far too bright. It felt like a dirty spa/kotha type. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
