Shoba Enclave

I wouldn't recommend this property. The service fell below expectations, and the room wasn't clean enough. Staff didn't seem responsive when I raised the issue. When I called for help, they'd say they'd come, but I often had to remind them several times. Basic washroom items were missing, including dental kits and washroom kits. When I asked for toilet roll or a shaving kit, they told me to buy them outside. One of the room's door locks also didn't work properly, and it took more than 48 hours to get it fixed, which was very inconvenient.

We were four friends in a 2bhk, and the living room worked well for sitting together, chatting, and having an in-house party. It had a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. Both bedrooms had AC and comfortable beds, though the bathroom was tiny. The location is lively, like Indiranagar, with lots of pubs, restaurants, and food spots nearby, including The local, Brewklyn, and The fire house. Breakfast came from the Udupi Restaurant across the street and was very tasty, but the free serving was limited to one item. Extra plates cost Rs 60 each. There's no restaurant inside, though room service was prompt and quick, and there are plenty of places for food or drinks nearby. It works for family or friends getting together. We appreciated that the manager allowed us to check in an hour early.

There are two bathrooms in each flat, but only one has a toilet, so this seems suitable for a stay of two people and not more. Each flat also has a refrigerator. Room service was poor, and the price didn't feel fair for the apartment provided. The lighting in the room was insufficient.

I stayed with my family for 8 days in March and another 9 days in May 2022. There's a whole street of nearby eateries to choose from, and the location is excellent. Shobha Suites provided high class customer service and good value for money.
