Puneet was especially friendly, and the rest of the staff were welcoming too. It's a good hotel for a casual stay.

Really nice rooms with comfortable space, and the service was good. Felt worth the money ♥️

After booking online, we were told there was no room available, even though we'd already paid. Agoda had shown a different room, and the one we were eventually given was very uncomfortable and in bad condition. The service was poor too.

I loved Shravanya and would happily come back. The room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of sockets for charging devices and working on my laptop. The TV was great, and the hot shower was easy to use. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Shops, places to eat, and metro, tram and bus connections are nearby, as is the Central Station. Thanks again, Shravanya.
