After calling SLN Home and getting a confirmed room, I arrived late at night after traveling from Azim Premji University. They said the room was still being prepared and would take half an hour. I went to eat at a nearby market, then came back to hear they planned to move me to a hotel two buildings away. I waited about 20 minutes while they spoke in Kannada, which I couldn’t understand, and got no clear explanation despite asking several times. After a long, frustrating argument, they finally gave me a room, but said its outside lock was broken. Since it was already late and I had early morning travel plans to Kenniya, I reluctantly accepted. The management felt disorganized, unresponsive, and completely untrustworthy. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I strongly advise avoiding SLN Home.
