Span Suites By OYO Rooms

The rate is relatively low for Bangalore, around Rs.1800-1900 per day, but room cleaning needs work. It seems rooms are handed to the next guest as they are after someone leaves. The bathrooms and beds weren’t clean. I’d be fine with a higher price if the service quality improved.

The staff are really helpful and the price is very reasonable, so it feels worth the money. The property is well maintained, and all the rooms are neat and good. Tq team.

I checked in at 10:00 AM with my wife and child, and left at 4:00 PM feeling extremely unsafe. In our first room, the window wouldn’t lock and looked intentionally broken or tampered with. The second room had the same issue. When I asked, I was told they keep all room windows unlocked so staff can enter if a guest leaves their key inside. That’s a major security and privacy concern. I strongly suspect this is done for voyeurism, and management seemed aware of the policy. They refused to refund my ₹1500 despite the safety breach. I collected the bill, recorded video evidence of the broken locks, and am filing a formal case in the Consumer Court. Travelers, especially families, should stay away. Your privacy is at risk here. My experience at Span Suites by Stayz Royale was horrific.

The room was okay and the staff were polite and helpful, but the Wi-Fi barely worked and disconnected every few minutes. Snacks at reception were overpriced, too: chips with an MRP of 50 were sold for 60 with “tax” as the explanation, which is unacceptable. Those problems ruined the experience.
