The rooms were clean, and the staff were really kind and helpful. We also liked the location and ambiance, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay.

I'm sharing a warning about the kinds of problems travelers can face at bad hotels: dirty or moldy rooms and bathrooms, stained or bug-infested bedding, and possible skin or allergy issues. Broken AC, phones, hot water, or furniture are also common complaints, along with staff who dismiss concerns or speak aggressively. Online photos and ratings can make a place look far better than it is, leaving guests feeling cheated. Other health and safety problems can come up too. People may write about a terrible stay to warn others, vent, or try to get compensation when staff don't help. If something goes wrong, raise it with the front desk or management promptly and, if possible, get the issue recorded in writing. You can also contact the travel agent or booking site. A detailed review with examples and dates may help other travelers and prompt improvements.

We left in the middle of the night after only 15-20 minutes. Staying there wasn't an option. At Super Town House, Madiwala Lake Park, the whole property was untidy and unhygienic, with a strong smoke smell in the room, corridors, and common areas. The bed had bed bugs, the linens were dirty, and the bathroom was leaking, unclean, and had broken fittings. We worried about health risks, including skin infections. My daughter vomited, possibly because of the smell and conditions. When we complained, staff did nothing to resolve it. We also contacted MakeMyTrip, but that didn't help. MakeMyTrip should reconsider listing this property, since promoting places like this could hurt its credibility. It should be blocked or get a complete hygiene and safety overhaul. I absolutely can't recommend it.

For the price, the rooms are roomy and well kept. The sink in mine didn't work properly, though. I was also told by phone that I could extend by the hour, but when I asked in person, they said there was no such policy.
