The room was dirty and unhygienic, with stained sheets and toilets that hadn’t been properly cleaned. The AC didn’t work. There’s a bar and wine shop on the ground floor, and guests openly carried and drank liquor on the premises, which made the environment uncomfortable. There was no basic car parking either, as the OYO customer care team confirmed when I booked.
I stayed for five days and enjoyed it. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff were very good. Five stars.
I only stayed because my exam center was nearby. The gate lock was broken, and in the bathroom there was no way to shut off the tap except by turning off the main knob. When I asked for hot water in the morning, the staff member flatly refused and told me to call whoever I wanted. The service was awful. Don’t be taken in by the reviews, they’re fake.
The room was just okay, but I really liked the area. The location and the place itself are so good.
For a night or two while you’re here for work, it’s fine. The rooms are decent, the washroom is usable, and the AC works. There’s a TV, though I didn’t turn it on, so I can’t say whether it works. It should. Maintenance is decent too.
