Since we arrived late at night, I felt forced to stay for one night; otherwise I would've changed hotels that same day. It was expensive, with no service, and the staff were rude. The room, bedsheet, towel, and everything else in it were very dirty. There was no soap or shampoo. I could barely sleep in that nightmare. Think carefully before booking, and it's better to see the hotel yourself first.

The call center was no help. Each time we called, they passed us to someone else and kept us waiting at least ten minutes, but the issue never got resolved. This cycle just kept repeating. The washrooms were unclean and leaking, and the beds were in terrible condition. On top of that, after we arrived at the property around midnight, the receptionist demanded more than the amount we'd already paid for our confirmed booking. I was with my family, including our two-year-old, after a roughly 500 km trip, and we were exhausted. They made us wait until we paid the extra amount. The maintenance was awful. This is the worst OYO property I've stayed at so far.

The room and washroom were clean, but the AC, shower, and flush didn't work. I asked for drinking water and waited over half an hour without getting any, then contacted them four more times. From morning until afternoon, the hotel had no power or water, and there was no generator or other backup. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were good, and the room manager was friendly. There's a local bar on the ground floor, though, and the surrounding area isn't good.
