Zain and the rest of the staff were warm, polite, and quick to help, which made the stay feel personal. The room was comfortable, clean, and looked after, and the service felt professional without being impersonal. I had a really good time here and would recommend it if you want a friendly, comfortable stay.

We left the same day we arrived because the upkeep was so bad. The room wasn’t cleaned, and the washroom was poorly maintained. The cupboard, bucket, and taps were dirty, and there was no bath mat, so a towel had been put down instead. We asked several times for the room and washroom to be cleaned, but got no response. Don’t trust the photos, the actual place looks completely different. Rooms: 1/5. Service: 1.

The hotel was clean and simple, with everything you need, and the staff were great. I traveled alone with my family for three weeks and felt safe and happy the whole time. They speak English well. I’d highly recommend Super collection O Sarjapura road kasavanahalli and would definitely stay again.

The room was in really poor condition, especially the bathroom, which was extremely dirty. The bedsheets and pillow covers looked like they hadn’t been washed, and were stained all over.

It’s a really convenient spot for getting around Bangalore, and I’d recommend it. The day and night staff were great, especially Rahan mazz.
