The food was good, and so was the service, but many rooms have no ventilation. Water from the AC leaked into the room and flooded the floor. When we asked for extra bedsheets or towels, we didn't get them.

The catering was good, with plenty of tasty choices for different dietary needs, and attendees liked how the meals were presented. Housekeeping was good too. Our conference at ManphoBell Convention was an outstanding success. The spacious, modern meeting rooms suited our needs, and the state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment kept the presentations running smoothly and professionally.

The location is very good, but our three-day stay was a horrible experience. I was told we'd get a superior room, yet the bedsheets hadn't been changed when my family and I arrived. Towels and sheets weren't properly washed, there was no kettle or soap, and the fan regulator was missing. When I raised it, a staff member said it was our bad luck to get that room. We asked to move, but were told there were no rooms available. On the third day, we ordered coffee and tea to the room and were told they were too busy to bring it. At checkout, they didn't seem interested in hearing our feedback. The bathroom was poorly maintained too. The inside of the toilet seat was black, and a cleaning staff member said it was very old and the paint had come off. That was the worst reply I've ever heard.

The restaurant has a calm ambience and good service, and I enjoyed relaxing there for a while. Its vegetarian buffet at breakfast and lunch is very affordable, and the food was really good. It's also right near Majestic railway station, which makes it easy for travellers to reach.
