Tea pavilion

I stayed for 15 days and found the atmosphere friendly and the service good. They provide complimentary food in the morning, and you can also order coffee or an omelet. In the evening, I asked for food and got good-quality home food at a reasonable cost. The room was kept in good shape and cleaned. One suggestion, please change the lift, it’s scary to use.

I enjoyed staying here, especially because the location is so central. There are lots of clubs and Cafés within a 500-meter walk. For this price, it’s great to have somewhere central. The caretaker and owners were friendly, and the staff were quick to respond, changed the bed sheets regularly, and provided towels. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Bangalore for work or catching up with old friends.

The staff were rude, and the reception phone didn’t work. During my seven-day stay, my room and toilet were never cleaned. The AC was noisy, the wardrobe was damaged and its doors wouldn’t slide, and the bathroom jet spray nozzle kept leaking. There was no geyser in the bathroom, and I had a bedbugs issue.

I asked for a meal at 9.00 pm, and they still brought out the full dinner. That was really commendable. The team was awesome, and Ranjan ji was especially supportive. I’ve never seen hotel staff get along with each other so well. You can have a happy stay at Tea Pavilion. Regards, Aman Purohit
