The only part of this stay I was glad about was leaving. The room felt like a health hazard: cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom and bed, the floor was sticky, the linen smelled unwashed, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Even the entrance was a bad sign. The door was broken and hanging awkwardly, which didn't inspire any confidence about security. Calling this a comfortable, hassle-free stay is hard to square with what happened. Getting in was a hassle, staying there was upsetting, and I regretted booking it. I left feeling like I needed a doctor, a tetanus shot, and a priest. I wouldn't recommend booking or staying here. If your health, sleep, sanity, or dignity matter to you, run.

We had to leave the room even though we'd arranged to extend our two-day booking. The manager had said there'd be no issue when we asked about adding two more days, but after I made the booking through OYO, they told us the whole hotel was reserved for a wedding. When we raised the problem, they sent us to OYO support to get a refund. We asked the hotel to take responsibility for how this was handled, and the owner began abusing us. We were forced to vacate. The owner seemed very money-minded and showed no sense of responsibility or respectful speech.

The staff were unpleasant, and the AC didn't work. The only new-looking thing in the room was the water heater. It was filthy and stank, with no TV, bath towel, or soap. -100/10.

I strongly advise people to keep away. This place showed no regard for basic dignity, cleanliness, or guest safety, and staying there felt like a health risk.
