Treebo Anjani Fortune Suites

I stayed for a little over a month, and while the room and bathroom were spacious with a premium look, there were a lot of problems. I saw two cockroaches and a lizard. Hot water was a constant issue for more than five days. I use cold water, but the shower would sometimes turn extremely hot at random and make me late for work. There wasn’t a separate geyser per room, so it seemed to be a shared system or pipeline problem. I told receptionists, but it was never fixed. There were at least six power cuts lasting 1-4 hours, and the backup didn’t seem to work properly. The TV only had free channels, and they wouldn’t provide paid ones even when asked, making it practically useless. The AC made the room feel stuffy, with poor air circulation. The wall around it smelled a bit and looked like it had water damage. Security didn’t feel strong either. The property starts at ground level, but reception is on the second floor, leaving nobody near the entrance. There are CCTV cameras, but I still didn’t feel fully secure. There was no drinking water included, only ₹20 Bisleri bottles for sale, and the Wi-Fi was poor. I also found the Treebo status confusing. Staff and the manager said it was no longer under Treebo, but the building and Google Maps still showed the Treebo name and logo. Their Stay Flexi site listed the lowest price, but they wouldn’t accept bookings through it. If it’s no longer a Treebo property, it’s unclear why that hasn’t been corrected. There were some good points. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure and flush worked really well, and I didn’t find bed bugs. Cleaning happened every 2-3 days, with deep cleaning on weekends when staff weren’t too busy. The location was very convenient. There’s also a shared fridge, though it wasn’t well maintained, and a lift. For the number of issues, it wasn’t very cost-effective. Still manageable for a short stay in the area if you don’t mind adjusting a bit.
