The room was in terrible shape, with no bedsheet or pillow, very poor cleanliness, and no water when we needed it. There was no intercom, and staff were often nowhere to be found, so we had to walk to reception even to ask for water. Repeated requests still didn't get us proper service. When we asked about basic services, staff argued with us and behaved very unprofessionally. They were rude to my female family member and used abusive language, which was completely unacceptable. It made for a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arriving at night, I was told by the night staff that they don't give rooms at night. Refusing service like that is unacceptable for a hotel. Their tone was rude and disrespectful, and they couldn't communicate with basic courtesy. I felt embarrassed and frustrated. I urge OYO Management to look into this property and train the night shift. This kind of service damages the brand, and I hope the issue is addressed so other guests don't go through the same thing.

Cockroaches were all over the place, and cleanliness was basically zero. The bedding was dirty and torn, and there was no hot water, with the staff giving a different excuse each time. No one seemed responsible enough to answer us. A really awful place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

They charged a fortune for just 30 minutes of early check-in and early check-out. Felt like a rip-off. The staff were rude, shouting and acting like guests were dirt. And there were cockroaches crawling right over the bed. This was a complete nightmare, stay away.
