The people were really polite and the service was great. The room was impressive, especially with a balcony, though the bed was only medium-soft and the stay felt a bit expensive 🫰

Akhil George, the manager, was very helpful, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were courteous and quick to assist. The room was clean, well kept, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of freshly prepared local and continental choices. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at Hotel Emora Grand and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing visit.

The staff were well mannered and the service was nice, and the food tasted good. The rooms, though, need renovating because the walls are dirty. The towels also need replacing since they don't absorb water.

The airport is close by, which is handy, but there's no public transport right nearby or direct from the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast was just okay. Once I had trouble with the hot water, but managed since the weather was warm. I've stayed here several times, and on most visits there was loud talking at night. When I asked about it, they said a group had checked in. It seems to happen regularly.
